Overview

Our Richmond lawyers have experience in a wide range of legal matters, and almost all of the firm’s practice areas are represented in this office.

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP lawyers have advised clients on complex, multijurisdictional litigation; corporate governance and securities litigation; mergers and acquisitions; finance/capital markets and commercial transactions; product liability; energy; environmental, regulatory and toxic tort: telecommunications and public utilities regulation; and litigation. In addition, our lawyers routinely handle affirmative action and employment audits, insurance coverage, key employee contracts, management labor relations and employment training.

We are committed to providing pro bono legal services to those in our communities who cannot afford to pay for a lawyer. In 1990, we established our flagship pro bono office in Richmond's historic Church Hill neighborhood. Legal services there include family law, housing and real estate, and guardianship. Since its opening, more than 900 of our lawyers have volunteered to help over 5,700 pro bono clients in the Church Hill office alone, for a total of over 126,000 hours.

Our dedication to the community is manifested not only by a commitment to a significant pro bono practice, but also by our involvement in many Richmond-area service projects.

From Interstate 95 South toward Richmond, take 195 Downtown Expressway (exit 74A). From the expressway, take Canal Street exit. Turn left at the first light onto 10th Street. Follow 10th Street across Byrd Street, and the East Tower will be on your IMMEDIATE right. Enter the parking garage under the East Tower at level P-3, marked Visitor Parking.

From the South (toll)

From Interstate 95 North toward Richmond, take 195 Downtown Expressway (exit 74A). From the expressway, take Canal Street exit. Turn left at the first light onto 10th Street. From the East (toll)

From Interstate 64 West toward Richmond, take Interstate 95 South, to 195 Downtown Expressway (exit 74A). From the expressway, take Canal Street exit. Turn left at the first light onto 10th Street. Follow 10th Street across Byrd Street, and the East Tower will be on your IMMEDIATE right. Enter the parking garage under the East Tower at level P-3, marked Visitor Parking.

From the West (toll)

From Interstate 64 East toward Richmond, take 195 South/Powhite Parkway to the Downtown Expressway. Once on the expressway, take 2nd Street/Byrd Street exit. Get in right lane and turn right at the fourth light (10th Street); the East Tower will be on your IMMEDIATE right. Enter the parking garage under the East Tower at level P-3, marked Visitor Parking.

Handicapped parking is available in the East Tower at level P-3 in Visitor Parking.
