The next program in our series for junior associates focusing on Closings including discussion of common closing documents and the junior associate role in managing the process. Michelle Chan, Marysia Laskowski, and Rail Seoane will lead this program.

All first year and second year associates in Corporate practice groups are expected to attend but all junior transactional attorneys are welcome to attend.
