Workplace collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Slack present complex eDiscovery challenges. From account types and retention settings to export formats and encryption, collection and production difficulties abound. This program will analyze these challenges, discuss conflicting court decisions, and offer practical insights for handling the issues. If you have clients that communicate, you NEED to know this information to properly identify sources of relevant information for discovery!
This session will be led by Counsel Meghan Podolny and Philip Favro from Innovative Driven, an international electronic discovery consultancy which has worked with the firm for many years supporting our clients with their electronic discovery and ESI needs. Philip serves as a special master, expert witness, and trusted advisor to lawyers and clients on issues relating to ESI and electronic discovery.
This program will be held live in the DC office and offered via video conference to conference rooms in other offices.
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP will seek CLE credit for this program in CA, FL, GA, NC, NY, TX and VA. Credit hours are not guaranteed and are subject to each state’s approval rules.
