Hunton & Williams partners Brent A. Rosser and Kristy A. Neihaus Bulleit will discuss major issues affecting the coal combustion and Clean Water Act space. Brent's practice focuses on commercial and environmental litigation. He regularly represents major electric utilities throughout the country in all aspects of defense of actions brought under the New Source Review provisions of the Clean Air Act. Kristy's practice focuses on regulatory, permitting and enforcement and counseling matters under the Clean Water Act. She is the lead counsel for a major industry group, guiding the group's participating in every key CWA administrative proceeding affecting the industry.
