This ethics CLE will pull ethics issues from “current events” in the ethics world. With your mobile electronic device, you will participate in determining whether various aspects of the current event is a “pick” or a “pan.”
Topics will include:
- Harassment and Discrimination as Professional Misconduct
- Can a lawyer ethically counsel and assist a client in its marijuana/hemp/CBD oil business?
- Ethical Obligations for Navigating a Variety of Disasters (Natural, Cyber, and Lawyer Mistakes)
- Ethics Issues Related to Lawyer Health and Well-Being
