Formal Legal Opinions: Entity Authority

Tuesday, December 7
4:00 – 5:00 pm (ET) / 3:00 – 4:00 pm (CT) / 1:00 – 2:00 pm (PT)

The next program in our series on Formal Legal Opinions will be held on December 7 and will focus on third-party legal opinions covering the “building blocks,” including the entity status and power of the client, as well as the client’s due authorization, execution, and delivery of the transaction documents.  The panelists will discuss not only the forms that these opinions should follow, but also the due diligence necessary to render the opinions.

This program is important to everyone who participates in the preparation of legal opinions, or those who review opinion letters provided by others. This program will be led by Mark Arnold, Uriel Mendieta, and Hillary Patterson.

RSVP: Nicholas White
