Tuesday, September 22, 2020
12:00–1:00 pm ET

Partners Kimberly C. MacLeod and Jessica R. Tobin will highlight issues companies often face when living within the limits of the credit agreements they have negotiated and give practical guidance on compliance issues, including challenges borrowers are facing amid COVID-19. In addition to a brief discussion of recent trends in credit agreement terms and amendments, Kim and Jess will discuss:

  • Where should I focus my review during the credit agreement negotiation process?
  • What are typical reporting and other requirements for which I should prepare?
  • What typical compliance issues do companies face?
  • What types of covenant relief and other amendments are common?
  • How are lenders responding to COVID-19 related covenant issues and potential defaults?
