Real Estate Rockers in Relief Returns to Irving Plaza for 11th Annual Night of Live Music and Networking – All for a Great Cause
Real Estate Rockers in Relief returns for its 11th annual benefit concert, set to rock New York City’s iconic Irving Plaza on November 13. This highly anticipated event gathers the city’s most prominent real estate moguls for an unforgettable evening of live music featuring seven bands, four hours of live music, and networking. More than 700 attendees are expected (including major developers and lenders from the real estate industry), raising awareness and funds for NECHAMA – Jewish Response to Disaster, an organization rooted in its mission of repairing the world as well as providing comfort and hope to communities by engaging volunteers in disaster recovery work. NECHAMA is currently deployed and providing relief services in western North Carolina to respond to the devastation wrought by Hurricane Helene.
Founded in 2012 by Carl Schwartz of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and David Lowenfeld of DHL Holdings, Real Estate Rockers in Relief has raised over $825k for NECHAMA since its launch. Since 2017, NECHAMA has invested more than $4M in affect communities in 13 states, and even as far away as Puerto Rico. The organization has helped hundreds of households due to the efforts of 4,000 volunteers contributing more than 150,000 hours of their time.
This year’s show will feature talent from several renowned real estate companies, including, ABC Properties, Kushner Companies, JLL, Newmark, Madison Capital, Taconic Investment Partners, Oak Row Equities, Cadence Property Group and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
