Understanding Indemnification Provisions

This program will take a deeper look at the multiple parts of an indemnification clause and how different clauses play out in litigation. The program will address choice of language from the perspective of both the Indemnitee and Indemnitor. The presentation also will address how state laws vary and how those variations may impact the allocation of risk in an indemnification provision.
