This program will include an update on the changes in U.S./Cuba relations including an update on the implementation of the embargo in light of the White House’s December 17th announcement and an overview of Cuban legal reforms, direct investment laws and some practical experiences with respect to Cuba.

This webinar has been approved for 1.0 CLE credit hours in California, Illinois, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. CLE credit is also available in the following states under the reciprocity rule: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, and North Dakota.
