Private Merger Challenges Update

The updated table is a supplement to the article originally published in ABA’s Antitrust Magazine in 2021 co-authored by Kevin Hahm of Hunton Andrews Kurth.  Since the publication of the article, there have been 19 additional private merger challenges filed. It is notable that Hunton Andrews Kurth served (or is currently serving) as counsel for plaintiffs in three cases listed on the table (Steves v. JeldWen, Food Lion v. DFA, and PLD v. Gerber).
