Managing partner of the firm’s Bangkok office, Koehler’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure project development and finance and cross-border M&A transactions in Asia. He offers clients nearly 40 years of practice experience in energy, infrastructure M&A and finance transactions in the US, Europe and Asia. Koehler advises sponsors, lenders, investors, government enterprises and other project participants in all aspects of development and financing of traditional and renewable energy, water, telecom and other infrastructure projects. He also advises on the acquisition and divestiture of projects and project portfolios, and the privatization, deregulation, and energy marketing of utility systems.

Bradley has extensive experience in electric power projects across various jurisdictions in Southeast Asia. He advises both local and multinational clients on preparation, negotiation and compliance monitoring with respect to power purchase, fuel supply, construction, financing, operations and maintenance, and associated project arrangements. Bradley is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, including private equity participation. His practice also incorporates advising hotels and resorts on complex commercial real estate matters.

Head of the Bangkok office’s corporate team, Bennett has more than 30 years of practice experience in corporate and M&A, banking and finance, and financial services transactions in Asia. He advises a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients on a wide range of corporate, licensing, regulatory, private equity, fund management, fintech, cryptocurrency, data protection and cyber security matters.
