Banco Sabadell buys Mellon United National Bank

Hunton & Williams represented Banco de Sabadell, S.A., Spain's fourth largest bank, in the closing of Sabadell's acquisition of Mellon United National Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon Corp.
