Crain’s Recognizes Hunton Andrews Kurth Partner Brit Dufilho as a 2023 Notable Woman in Law

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that New York partner Brit Mohler Dufilho has been named to the 2023 Notable Women in Law list by Crain’s New York Business. This list of Notable Women in Law is part of a year-long series from Crain’s New York Business to recognize and celebrate leaders in the workplace, across a variety of industries.

Now in its sixth year, the award honors dedicated, gifted and determined female lawyers who are fierce in their commitment to public service and pro bono causes. For these women, balance is an essential part of life: juggling distinguished careers, family, and philanthropic activities.

As an industry-recognized service provider, Dufilho assists clients in navigating a variety of asset securitization and other structured finance transactions. Her practice focuses on the representation of servicers, investment banks, funds and other lenders in connection with securitizations and other financings of residential mortgage servicing rights (including the related servicing income and advance receivables) as well as purchases of excess servicing spread. Dufilho also counsels sponsors, underwriters and other market participants in connection with residential mortgage and other asset-backed securitizations.
