Daily Journal Recognizes Roland Juarez as 2020 Top Labor & Employment Lawyer

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that partner Roland Juarez was recently named to the Daily Journal’s Top Labor & Employment Lawyers. This annual list recognizes California’s top attorneys who have made significant contributions to their field of practice.

“Over the past two years, Juarez has represented a large staffing agency in more than 50 cases,” the Daily Journal wrote in their special edition profiling the top lawyers. Juarez was specifically recognized for his work representing Katmai in a class and collective action wage/hour claims and Glendale Adventist Medical Center in a disability discrimination case.

A partner in the firm’s labor and employment practice, Roland handles high-stakes employment cases with an innovative approach. His experience includes class actions, non-compete, non-solicitation and employee raiding cases, discrimination, harassment, disability, wage and hour, PAGA and Title III website accessibility cases. He recently secured several trial and arbitration wins in wage and hour cases and various discrimination cases, including precedent setting wins in several industries.
