Eric Murdock discusses the D.C. Circuit’s decision on the Cape Wind project

Speaking with Law360 on the D.C. Circuit’s recent decision to remand certain approvals for the Cape Wind project for further agency review, Eric Murdock says the project proponents should take solace in the fact that the court did not find any fatal flaws that would prevent the project from moving forward in due course.
