Hunton Andrews Kurth Acts as US Counsel for Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems in Connection with its Agreement to Acquire 51% Stake in German Triathlon Holding GmbH

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is acting as U.S. counsel for Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems (“Sunlight Group”) in connection with its agreement to acquire a 51% stake in German Triathlon Holding GmbH, which specializes in high-performance battery systems.

Sunlight Group is a global technology company headquartered in Athens, Greece, specializing in integrated and innovative industrial and off-road energy storage solutions. The acquisition is expected to expand its production capacity, geographical reach and its portfolio of products and services. Both companies are expected to continue their autonomous commercial operations, but will leverage synergies for the global market in existing and new areas.
