Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on AEP Generating Company’s $45 Million Tax-Exempt Remarketing

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP acted as counsel to the remarketing agent in connection with the remarketing of $45 million aggregate principal amount of City of Rockport, Indiana Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (AEP Generating Company Project), Series 1995A and Series 1995B.

AEP Generating Company (AEG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc. (AEP) and is part of AEP’s vertically integrated utilities segment. AEG is organized in Ohio and is engaged in the generation of electric power.
