Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on Integrys Holding, Inc.’s Debt Tender Offer

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised Barclays Capital Inc., as dealer manager, in Integrys Holding, Inc.’s tender offer for its 6.00% Junior Subordinated Notes due 2073. Integrys Holding ultimately purchased $178.56 million of the series.

Integrys Holding, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, Inc. WEC Energy Group, based in Milwaukee, serves 4.6 million customers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.
