Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on Promerica Financial Corporation’s Tender Offer and Senior Notes Offerings

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised Promerica Financial Corporation in the $225 million sale of aggregate principal amount of their 10.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and the $112 million tender offer to purchase for cash any and all of the outstanding 9.700% Senior Notes due 2024.

Promerica Financial Corporation is a Panamanian bank holding company that owns majority interests in commercial banks in nine different countries in Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Promerica has assets of over $20 billion and over 15,000 employees.
