Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented B. Riley Securities, Inc. in connection with Ramaco Resources, Inc.’s offering of $34.5 million of their 9.00% Senior Notes due 2026, including full exercise of the Underwriters’ option to purchase additional notes.

Ramaco Resources, Inc. is one of North America’s only exclusive producers of metallurgical coal, providing resources to both domestic and international customers.
