Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises Philip Morris International Inc. on $3 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently advised long-term client Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) in an SEC-registered debt offering of $3 billion principal amount of senior notes.

The offering included $750 million 4.375% notes due 2027, $750 million 4.625% notes due 2029, $750 million 4.750% notes due 2031 and $750 million 4.900% notes due 2034.
