Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP acted as counsel to KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., as remarketing agent, for the remarketing of $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of City of Rockport, Indiana Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (Indiana Michigan Power Company Project), Series 2009 A and 2009 B.
Indiana Michigan Power Company is a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc. Indiana Michigan Power is headquartered in Fort Wayne, and its 2,423 employees serve more than 594,000 customers.
