Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on ONE Gas, Inc.’s $400 Million Senior Notes Offering

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP acted as counsel to the underwriters for the issuance of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of ONE Gas, Inc.’s 4.50% Senior Notes due 2048.

ONE Gas, Inc. is a 100-percent regulated natural gas distribution utility, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ONE Gas, Inc. provides natural gas distribution services to more than 2 million customers, and is the largest natural gas distributor in Oklahoma and Kansas and the third largest in Texas, in terms of customers. ONE Gas, Inc.’s three divisions, Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service, distribute natural gas to approximately 88 percent, 72 percent and 13 percent of the natural gas distribution customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas, respectively.
