Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises on Wisconsin Electric Power Company $300 Million Debentures Offering

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WEPCo) of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 4.30% Debentures due October 15, 2048.

WEPCo, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, Inc., is primarily engaged in the business of providing the distribution and sale of electricity and natural gas to retail customers in Wisconsin. As of June 30, 2018, WEPCo served approximately 1,128,700 electric customers in Wisconsin, approximately 487,200 natural gas customers in Wisconsin and approximately 400 steam customers in metropolitan Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
