Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently advised long-term client Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) in an SEC-registered debt offering of $2.25 billion principal amount of senior notes.
The offering included $750 million 1.125% notes due 2023, $750 million 1.500% notes due 2025 and $750 million 2.100% notes due 2030.
The Hunton Andrews Kurth team advising PMI was led by partner Susan Failla. Other team members included corporate counsel Jane Hopwood and associates Shelby Stanton, Hannah Flint and McKenzie Carson.
