Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP client ShawKwei & Partners’ acquisition of ZymeFlow was named Energy Deal of the Year (Under $100MM) by M&A Advisors. The award will be presented during the M&A Advisor’s 2024 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit on September 23 & 24 in New York. Hunton Andrews Kurth represented Shawkwei & Partners in connection with the merger of BSKP Merger Sub, Inc. with and into ZymeFlow, a subsidiary of TriStar Group, Inc. As a result, BSKP Merger Sub, Inc. owns one hundred percent of the issued and outstanding capital stock of TriStar Group, Inc. ZymeFlow’s ecofriendly and patented products and services are highly efficient in the decontamination and maintenance of energy and chemical processing facilities in the U.S. and around the world.
