The guide offers an analysis of the key market developments in outsourcing in the US, as well as an overview of the outsourcing regulatory and legal environment. Updates to the guide reference the newly passed California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the contract requirements under the CCPA. The revised guide published in October, just ahead of the looming CCPA compliance deadline of January 2020.
