Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Gabriel M. Lopez and Jennifer E. Wuebker to counsel. The firm proudly recognizes Lopez and Wuebker for their accomplishments and client service.

Gabriel M. Lopez (Corporate, Miami) represents clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, joint ventures and other commercial transactions throughout the United States and Latin America. He regularly represents U.S. and multinational companies in private mergers and acquisitions across various sectors and industries, such as financial services, technology, logistics and manufacturing. He also routinely advises corporate borrowers in syndicated debt financings, multilateral and bilateral development financings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. Lopez received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

Jennifer E. Wuebker (Capital Finance & Real Estate, Richmond) advises clients on corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, as well as other insolvency-related matters, such as distressed lending transactions. She routinely represents debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, investors, boards of directors and various official and ad hoc groups. She also represents clients with respect to legal opinions for complex transactions for asset based-lending, safe harbored financial contracts, asset securitizations and other capital markets transactions. Wuebker received her undergraduate, masters and law degrees from the University of Richmond, graduating cum laude for her bachelors and juris doctor.
