Jason Feingertz (Tax & ERISA, New York) represents clients of various industries in tax planning, audit defense and tax litigation. He maintains a general corporate tax practice, advising clients on state, federal and international tax matters. When focusing on state and local tax matters, he advises clients on multistate income, franchise and sales and use taxes, with an emphasis in California, New York, New Jersey, Texas and Virginia. Feingertz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
