Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. in connection with the establishment of an at-the-market offering program pursuant to which they may offer and sell up to $50,000,000 of shares of the Company's common stock from time to time though the sales agent.

NewLake owns a geographically diversified portfolio consisting of 27 properties across ten states with eight tenants, comprised of 17 dispensaries and ten cultivation facilities.
