Hunton Andrews Kurth Partner Steven Haas to Lead Discussion on Advising Boards in M&A Transactions at PLI Event

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP partner and M&A practice co-head Steven Haas will moderate a panel of “some of the most experienced and sophisticated legal and investment banking professionals” as well as a Delaware judge to discuss the topic of “Advising the Board on M&A Transactions” at the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) “Mergers & Acquisitions 2023: Advanced Trends and Developments” program in New York City on January 18, 2023. Haas is one of the co-chairs of this two-day program, which brings top industry professionals together to discuss developments and highlight specific issues in mergers and acquisitions. The panel will take place virtually and in person at PLI’s offices in New York City.
