Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Mayme Beth F. Donohue to counsel. The firm proudly recognizes Donohue for her accomplishments and outstanding client service.

Mayme Donohue (Corporate, Richmond) counsels clients on securities law matters, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. She regularly answers complex securities law questions for both public and private companies and is experienced providing advice on reporting requirements under US securities laws and Nasdaq and NYSE rules. She is also a leader of the firm’s metaverse working group and blockchain working group, acting as associate editor of the practice’s Blockchain Legal Resource blog. Donohue received her undergraduate degree from University of Virginia and her law degree from University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
