Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents enCore Energy Corp. in its Acquisition of Alta Mesa Uranium Project from Energy Fuels Inc.

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is representing enCore Energy Corp. (“encore”) in connection with its acquisition of the Alta Mesa In-Situ Recovery (“ISR”) uranium project (“Alta Mesa”) from Energy Fuels Inc. The $120 million transaction, which may close on or before December 31, 2022, will position enCore as a leading US-focused ISR uranium company with a processing capacity of 3.6 million pounds of uranium per year.
