Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents Fertitta Entertainment in Purchase of High-End Mixed-Use Houston Development

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently represented an affiliate of long-time client Fertitta Entertainment in its purchase of River Oaks District, a high-end mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. The transaction closed on February 28, 2024, and further expands the company’s portfolio of luxury real estate holdings. Encompassing nearly 14 acres, River Oaks District contains a number of upscale restaurants, a 279-unit apartment complex, 67,000 square feet of office space and more than 300,000 square feet of retail, including luxury stores such as Hermes, Dior, Cartier, Rolex and Van Cleef & Arpels.
