Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents Stifel and Roth in Connection with W&T Offshore, Inc.’s ATM Program

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented the Sales Agents (Stifel and Roth) in connection with the commencement of a $100 million ATM program for W&T Offshore, Inc. W&T Offshore is an independent oil and gas producer, active in exploration, development and acquisition of oil and natural gas in the Gulf of Mexico.
