Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP recently represented The Artemis Fund in leading a Series Seed Financing of Payverse, Inc., a payment processor focused on enabling global commerce through emerging technologies. The financing was Artemis’ first Fund II investment.

The Artemis Fund, a long-term firm client, is a venture capital firm focused on diversifying the face of wealth. It leads seed rounds in disruptive fintech, e-commerce tech and care-tech companies founded and led by women.
