Hunton & Williams Advises on $500 million Junior Subordinated Notes Offering by Utility Holding Company

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with the sale by a utility holding company of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of junior subordinated notes in a private placement under Regulation S and Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, to eligible purchasers.
