Hunton & Williams Advises on $610 Million Waterfall Tender Offer

Hunton & Williams LLP was company counsel for a recent tender offer for up to $610,000,000 aggregate principal amount of outstanding senior notes. The proceeds for the tender offer were generated by the sale of one of the company’s business segments.
