Hunton & Williams advises on NiSource Finance Corp. $750 million Debt Offering

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the underwriters on a SEC-registered offering by NiSource Finance Corp. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.950% Notes due 2048, which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by NiSource Inc. (NiSource). 

NiSource Inc. is an energy holding company under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005 whose subsidiaries are fully regulated natural gas and electric utility companies serving approximately 3.9 million customers in seven states.
