Hunton & Williams Advises on NiSource Tender Offer

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the dealer managers in a Tender Offer by NiSource Finance Corp. (the “Company”) for up $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% Notes due 2017, 6.400% Notes due 2018, 4.450% Notes due 2021, and 3.850% Notes due 2023.

The Company is the finance subsidiary of NiSource Inc., an energy holding company whose subsidiaries provide natural gas, electricity and other products and services to approximately 3.8 million customers located within a corridor that runs from the Gulf Coast through the Midwest to New England.
