Hunton & Williams Advises on The Southern Company $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by The Southern Company ("Southern Company") of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2018.
