Hunton & Williams advises the underwriters on a Wisconsin Public Service Corporation $250 million senior notes offering

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPS) of $250 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes, 1.650% Series Due December 4, 2018.

WPS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, Inc., is a regulated electric and natural gas utility company serving an approximate 12,000 square mile service territory in northeastern Wisconsin and an adjacent portion of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. WPS serves approximately 450,000 regulated electric utility customers and approximately 326,000 regulated natural gas utility customers and provides wholesale electric service to various customers, including municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, energy marketers, other investor-owned utilities and municipal joint action agencies for resale.
