Hunton & Williams LLP Lawyer Cecilia Oh is the Firm’s 2016 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow
WASHINGTON, DC — March 18, 2016 — Cecilia Oh, counsel in Hunton & Williams’ Washington office, will participate in the 2016 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Established in 2011, the LCLD is a national organization composed of more than 240 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating a diverse legal profession. The Fellows Program is a year-long professional development initiative designed to identify, train and advance high-potential, mid-career attorneys from member organizations as the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Consistent with the LCLD’s mission, the goal of the Fellows Program is to increase diversity within the nation’s law firms and corporate legal departments. Cecilia is the sixth lawyer from the firm to benefit from this fellowship.
Cecilia is a member of the Global Technology, Outsourcing and Privacy practice group. She focuses her practice on complex technology and commercial transactions, and has extensive experience in transactions involving payment systems, information technology and business process outsourcing, cloud-based services, ERP implementations, e-commerce and general licensing. Cecilia received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her law degree from Emory University.
Hunton & Williams has been a strong supporter of the LCLD since it was first established in 2009. Managing Partner Wally Martinez has served as Chair of its Board of Directors, and Partner Robert Grey currently serves as LCLD President.
