Hunton & Williams LLP advised the underwriters on a SEC-registered offering by Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (Chesapeake) of 960,488 shares of common stock, which included the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase an additional 125,281 shares.

Chesapeake, a Delaware corporation, is a diversified energy company engaged in various energy and other businesses. Chesapeake operates primarily on the Delmarva Peninsula and in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio, providing natural gas distribution and transmission, natural gas supply, gathering and processing, electric distribution and propane distribution service.
