In a deal valued at $48 million, Hunton & Williams LLP represented Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity and asset management firm, in its acquisition of 1825 Park Avenue from Giscombe Realty Corp. The office and retail building is 12 stories with 135,000 square feet of space and is located in Harlem’s 125th Street corridor.
The legal team representing Savanna was led by real estate partners Laurie Grasso and Anthony Bonan.
