Hunton & Williams LLP begins its new fiscal year with the promotion of nine lawyers. The firm proudly recognizes these talented individuals for their accomplishments and outstanding client service focus.

The Lawyers

Wyatt A. Deal, Richmond, focuses his practice on private equity and venture capital.

James “J. R.” England, Dallas, focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, finance, hospitality, leasing and construction.

Michael P. Goldman, Richmond, focuses his practice on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border transactions for both public and private companies.

Eric R. Hail, Dallas, focuses his practice on consumer finance class action litigation and regulatory compliance matters. Eric also handles complex commercial disputes on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.

Michael D. Klaus, Washington, focuses his practice on project finance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions involving energy and infrastructure projects. He will be relocating to the firm’s San Francisco office to expand the firm’s energy transactional presence on the West Coast.

Christina Kwon, New York, focuses her practice on capital markets transactions for energy/utility issuers.

Michael S. Levine, Washington, focuses his practice on insurance recovery, counseling and litigation.

Kerry L. McGrath, Washington, focuses her practice on environmental, natural resources, energy and administrative law.

Amber M. Rogers, Dallas, focuses her practice on complex employment litigation, labor relations and related litigation.
