Immigration Lawyer Suzan Kern Promoted to Counsel

Hunton & Williams LLP announces the promotion of Suzan Kern to Counsel. A member of the firm’s labor and employment team, Kern focuses exclusively on immigration and nationality law. She represents businesses and individuals in administrative proceedings before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Customs and Border Protection, US Department of Labor and US Department of State. Kern devotes more than 100 hours annually to pro bono work, including coordinating the Family Justice Center project of the Washington office, in which lawyers and paralegals interview domestic violence victims to determine if they are eligible for immigration relief.
