Intellectual Asset Management Names Partner Gary A. Abelev to the 2024 IAM Strategy 300

Abelev as one of “The World’s Leading IP Strategists.” This publication honors individuals who “are leading the way in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of IP portfolios.”

IAM Strategy 300 includes individuals from service providers (e.g., law firms), corporations, consultancies, research institutions, and universities. With almost 30 years of intellectual property experience, Gary represents domestic and foreign clients in patent litigation, governmental agency proceedings, due-diligence studies, worldwide patent portfolio management and procurement, negotiations, and licensing matters. His breadth of knowledge across prosecution, litigation, and transactions enables him to provide a full suite of IP services to his diverse set of clients.
