Kenyon Recovers Two Domain Names for LeSportsac

New York, March 15, 2013 – On behalf of client LeSportsac, Kenyon & Kenyon LLP successfully recovered two important domain names being used to traffic counterfeit LeSportsac products. Posing as legitimate online regional distributors, the two domain names, lesportsacaustralia.com and lesportsacbrasil.com, were part of an international counterfeiting scheme. Kenyon quickly recovered both domain names and shut down several points of counterfeit distribution as part of an overall anti-counterfeiting program in place for LeSportsac. The victories mark back-to-back Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) successes for the client.
